Architectural Designer / Urban Designer Location: Dorset Salary: 28,000/ 35,000 Penguin is proud to be working with a specialist independent masterplanning and urban design consultancy on an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer / Urban Designer to join their growing team. The practice specialises in masterplanning, urban design, architecture, strategic planning and landscape architecture, working on a diverse range of projects from high-density urban regeneration and town centre schemes through to residential developments and large-scale mixed-use communities. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded designer to work across projects from the initial concept and feasibility stages through to planning and detailed implementation. You ll have the opportunity to: Develop innovative masterplans, architectural layouts and urban design proposals. Work on residential, mixed-use, regeneration and community-led developments. Produce high-quality design concepts, site layouts and presentation material. Contribute to masterplanning and urban design strategies. Work collaboratively with clients, planners, architects, landscape architects and other consultants.
