An award-winning, RIBA-chartered architecture practice based in Warwickshire is seeking a talented and driven Architect to join its expanding team. Renowned for its thoughtful, context-led designs, the studio delivers beautifully crafted residential, cultural, and community projects across all RIBA stages.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect who is ready to take on greater responsibility in a collaborative, design-led environment. You\’ll be involved in every stage of the design and delivery process, with real scope to shape both the creative and technical aspects of your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7)

Prepare and coordinate planning submissions, technical detailing, and construction packages

Oversee on-site delivery and resolve design or technical challenges

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality and vision

Contribute to internal design reviews, studio culture, and team development

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect

Experience working post-Part 3 in a UK-based architectural practice

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential and/or community work

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential

Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes

Self-motivated with strong communication and coordination skills
