A progressive, design focused architectural practice based in Essex is looking to appoint a talented and driven RIBA Part III Architect to join its growing team. With a varied portfolio of high quality residential and bespoke projects across the South East, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of schemes from the outset. It is ideally suited to an architect eager to develop their career, take on meaningful responsibility, and play an active role in shaping design outcomes within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact with responsibility for full project delivery
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors to maintain efficient project progress
  • Prepare technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
  • Lead projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations

The Ideal Candidate

  • RIBA Part III qualified in the UK
  • Sufficient post qualification experience within a UK design led practice
  • Strong technical capability alongside creative design skills
  • Proven experience delivering UK residential projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively
