Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered with several years of UK-based experience post-qualification. Efficiently meet tight deadlines while collaborating with external consultants. Produce technical and working drawings, details, and freehand sketches using AutoCAD. Prepare and submit planning packages and building regulations packages. Experience in working on architectural design projects across various sectors. Proven track record with large-scale and comprehensive architectural projects. Strong technical and design skills, proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc. Excellent client-facing and leadership skills for managing the design process. Attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
