Based in peaceful, rural surroundings on the outskirts of Warrington, this award-winning architectural practice offers a unique opportunity for Architects seeking a healthier work-life balance and a variety of meaningful projects. The practice is located in a converted barn within a friendly office development with ample free parking, just minutes from J10 of the M56 and J20 of the M6, ideal for avoiding city-centre congestion. The studio is known for its sector-leading work in healthcare design, along with a growing portfolio of extra care, residential (large and small scale), and industrial projects. Staff enjoy working across all RIBA stages, from concept design to site delivery, and benefit from flexible and supportive working arrangements that value professional growth and wellbeing.

Daily Duties
- Leading and contributing to projects across all RIBA stages
- Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, and consultants
- Preparing and presenting design proposals
- Contributing to planning applications and technical packages
- Attending site visits and project meetings
- Managing small internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Ideal Candidate
- UK-qualified Architect with substantial years' experience
- Strong design and technical detailing skills
- Confident working independently and managing project teams
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Revit (training can be provided)
- Knowledge of SketchUp desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
