This is a mobile role based across London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel to locations such as Cardiff and Stockport. Key Responsibilities As the Air Conditioning Planned Maintenance Engineer, you will: Carry out planned maintenance and repairs for a wide variety of air conditioning equipment, including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems, ventilation units, and fan coil units. Provide rapid response to client emergencies during standard working hours and as part of an out-of-hours rota (every 6-7 weeks). Perform basic fault-finding and repair work on essential plant and equipment. Conduct maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems like walk-in fridges, freezers, and cold rooms (preferred). Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering positive client relationships and generating solid feedback. Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and meets safety standards. What We\’re Looking For To thrive in this position, you\’ll need to bring the following: Minimum Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. F-Gas Certification. Desirable: IPAF, PASMA, and Skillcard. Broad experience working with chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and air conditioning systems. A strong history of competence, reliability, and integrity. A positive, proactive outlook with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork. The ability to provide professional references for at least three years of employment history.
