Our clients is a leading distributor of acoustic control products, and are urgently seeking an Acoustics Technical Support Engineer to work from their office near Bedford.
You need to be degree qualified with a BSc minimum in Acoustics or closely related field, have previous working experience in a technical role in acoustics, have high IT proficiency skills and be an excellent communicator.
Duties-
- Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team on acoustic products.
- Liaising with clients and company contacts.
- Working closely with design team.
- Inputting into product development work.
- Conducting field work and helping set up equipment.
- Maintaining awareness of the company product range and new lines of dust and noise control.
This is a fantastically varied role, with a mixture of product design work and technical support duties.
With a balance of technical work and client-facing aspects of the role, you will be able to develop your skills across all areas of the business.
