Are you an RTPI Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? I\’m working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy seeking to strengthen its planning team across its Blackfriars and Sidcup offices. The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and support across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, regeneration, and mixed-use developments. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you\’ll help guide clients through the planning process from initial strategy to submission and appeal work where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents

  • Undertake policy reviews, site appraisals, and feasibility assessments

  • Provide strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders

  • Liaise with local authorities, design teams, and external consultants

  • Support senior colleagues on major schemes while leading your own smaller to medium-sized projects

  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the planning team

About You

  • RTPI Chartered (or equivalent level of professional experience)

  • Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident managing client relationships and delivering work to high professional standards

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

  • Desire to progress your career within a dynamic, supportive consultancy setting
