The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and support across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, regeneration, and mixed-use developments. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you\βll help guide clients through the planning process from initial strategy to submission and appeal work where required.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents

Undertake policy reviews, site appraisals, and feasibility assessments

Provide strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders

Liaise with local authorities, design teams, and external consultants

Support senior colleagues on major schemes while leading your own smaller to medium-sized projects

About You

RTPI Chartered (or equivalent level of professional experience)

Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes
