Town PlannerLocation: South West EnglandType: Full-time | 13 month FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Town Planner to join the Planning and Sustainability team at one of the UK's leading regional airports. This is a pivotal role for an experienced and motivated planning professional to contribute to the delivery of a forward-thinking Master Plan and support a variety of high-profile development projects that will shape the future growth of the airport.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working alongside the Head of Planning and Growth, the successful candidate will play an integral part in driving forward planning applications, securing consents, and ensuring compliance with planning obligations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, dynamic infrastructure environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in town planning, transport planning, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a planning-related role, ideally 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and experience navigating complex planning consents and legal agreements.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
