An established and well-regarded planning and development consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to join its growing team in Winchester . This is an excellent opportunity for a planner looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing their career within a supportive, professional environment.
The Role
Working as part of a multidisciplinary planning team, you will be involved in a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Responsibilities will include:

Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications

Providing planning advice to clients and internal stakeholders

Undertaking planning appraisals and feasibility assessments

Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients

Contributing to appeals, policy reviews, and site promotions (depending on experience)
About You

Degree-qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline

MRTPI-qualified or working towards chartership

Previous experience within a consultancy or local authority environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
