We are working with a leading housebuilder who are seeking a Town Planner to join their team in Lancaster. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile residential schemes and play a key role in the delivery of sustainable developments across the North West.
The Role
- Support and manage planning applications for large-scale residential projects.
- Provide professional planning advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Undertake site appraisals and prepare planning statements.
- Liaise with local planning authorities and consultees throughout the planning process.
- Contribute to the identification of new development opportunities.
About You
- An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
- RTPI membership or working towards chartered status.
- 2-4 yearsβ experience in planning, ideally with residential or housebuilding exposure.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
