The Role;
- Undertake a variety of ecological surveys, including protected species and habitat assessments.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments, and protected species documentation.
- Assist with project management, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients, planning authorities, and project teams.
- Support biodiversity enhancement and habitat management initiatives.
- The Ideal Candidate;
- Holds a degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related subject.
- Has experience working within ecological consultancy or a similar environment.
- Possesses a sound knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy.
- Is an excellent communicator with strong report‑writing skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Protected species survey licences would be advantageous but are not essential.
