Key Responsibilities
- Carry out dynamic thermal modelling and environmental analysis using IES VE
- Support the delivery of Net Zero Carbon and operational energy strategies
- Provide guidance on compliance with Part L, Part O, TM52/TM59, EPCs, TM54/NABERS, and Passive House standards
- Contribute to sustainability assessments and modelling for BREEAM credits
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to influence sustainable design decisions
- Produce technical reports and analysis to support planning and compliance requirements
- Stay up to date with industry legislation, standards, and emerging best practices
About You
- A degree in Building Services Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Around 2-4 years' experience within building physics or sustainability consultancy
- Strong experience using IES VE software
- A solid understanding of sustainable building design and building performance analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for sustainability and low-carbon design
