A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a specialised environmental contractor and consultancy based in Swansea. This role is ideal for a graduate with an MSc in Geology, Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of geoenvironmental and geotechnical projects while working closely with a supportive team.
You will assist with site investigations, laboratory testing, and data interpretation, as well as contribute to technical reports and project documentation. With exposure to a range of small to medium-scale projects, you’ll have the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and professional confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting ground and environmental investigation works
- Assisting with soil, rock, and contamination sampling and logging
- Supporting laboratory testing and interpretation of geoenvironmental data
- Contributing to technical reports and project documentation
- Liaising with engineers, clients, and contractors as required
- MSc in Geology, Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar
- Strong interest in geoenvironmental and geotechnical engineering
- Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Hands-on experience across site and office-based work
