Our client is an established, stable and successful Mechanical Project and Maintenance specialist with a consistent pipeline of work and a great industry reputation. Due to a number of big project wins, they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage a new commercial construction project in the City of London.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for client management, team management, and financial responsibilities for the mechanical delivery of a new site in the City of London. Exposure and experience as a Senior Mechanical Manager working for a Mechanical Contractor is essential. The candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements to apply:
- Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in a Mechanical discipline.
- Demonstrate experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or currently working as a Project Manager from within the building services industry.
- Working within Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage.
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as SMSTS/ISOH/NEBOSH.
- Experience of delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor.
