Daily Duties:
- Lead day-to-day job running on medium to large-scale projects across RIBA stages 0-6
- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit BIM models, technical drawings, and specifications
- Manage design information in line with BIM protocols and internal QA standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee technical detailing, construction packages, and building regulations compliance
- Attend and lead design, technical, and site meetings
- Support and mentor junior technicians and technologists within the studio
- Contribute to design reviews, problem-solving and value engineering exercises
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high technical standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Senior Architectural Technologist (or strong mid-weight ready to step up)
- Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM project delivery
- Strong track record of running projects independently through all RIBA stages
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- CIAT membership (or working towards chartership) preferred
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail-focused with a passion for high-quality technical design and delivery
- Experience in residential, mixed-use, commercial, or public sector projects desirable
