SENIOR CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – Β£40,000 to Β£52,500 + Benefits – Oxford or Bristol (Hybrid)

A rapidly expanding environmental consultancy is seeking a SENIOR CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT to join their expert team in Oxford or Bristol. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled consultant with strong experience in GHG inventories, climate change policy, and capacity building to lead international environmental projects across government and development sectors.

As a SENIOR CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, you will manage high-impact projects focused on greenhouse gas reporting, air quality data, and climate planning. You'll also lead client engagement, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development through proposal writing and stakeholder collaboration.

We're looking for a SENIOR CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT with:

  • Proven consultancy or international project management experience

  • Strong technical background in GHG emissions, air pollution, or climate policy

  • Excellent data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills

  • Experience leading workshops and capacity-building programmes

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-national client relationships

  • Strong bid writing and business development capability
