Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Project manage and deliver on a range of multidisciplined projects from inception to completion.
  • Produce tender and working drawing packages.
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications.
  • Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved.
  • Liaise with clients, other consultants within the team and local authorities.

Requirements for the role Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree within Architectural Technology.
  • Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice.
  • CIAT membership.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Experience developing technical design packages.
  • Experience using NBS to write specifications.
