Job Description
Job Title: Senior Architect
Ref: BM828
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning practice who specialise within the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join them in their Manchester studios

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
- Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users
- Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
- Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
- Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience leading Data centre projects
- Industrial sector experience is advantageous
- Experience managing a small team
- Excellent designing and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
