Senior Architect
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Β£45-55,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to delivery
- Oversee design development and technical coordination
- Prepare and review planning, tender and construction information
- Provide guidance on environmental, building control and statutory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire regulations and relevant legislation
- Coordinate consultants, internal teams and statutory authorities
- Ensure compliance with design intent, legal and professional standards
- Manage detailed design information and submissions to local approval bodies
- Work within BIM Level 2 processes using Revit
- Manage programmes, conduct site inspections and assess buildability
Person Specification
- ARB registered Architect with significant post-Part III experience
- Proven experience leading projects and overseeing technical delivery
- Strong design ability supported by sound technical knowledge
- High level of proficiency in Revit as a primary design tool
- Experience producing specifications and coordinating consultant information
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction legislation
- Organised, solution-focused and confident working both independently and within a team
