You will take ownership of complex infrastructure design and delivery across highways, drainage and external works, helping to set standards, unblock challenges and mentor the next generation.

What you will do
- Lead and check the design and delivery of infrastructure packages for major developments.
- Oversee highways designs including S38 and S278 works, ensuring technical robustness and buildability.
- Lead drainage strategies and detailed design, including S104 and S98 agreements, SUDS, foul pumping stations and balancing facilities.
- Champion safety and compliance with CDM Regulations and UK Building Standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage interfaces with clients, authorities and contractors, and drive programmes to agreed milestones.
- Mentor and guide engineers and technicians, raising quality across the team.
What you will bring
- HND, HNC or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong design software capability including AutoCAD and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage.
- Proven experience delivering development infrastructure projects.
- Chartered status or active progress toward it is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator who enjoys leading, reviewing and presenting technical work.
