Job Title: Project Architect

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
This a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who work on a range of multidisciplined projects across the north west of England. They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect to join their team based in Stockport.

Duties
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects
- Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
- Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
Skills and experience
- ARB registered
- Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Education sector experience would be beneficial
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical and drawing skills
