Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple, complex town planning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide high-level strategic advice on planning policy, land use, and development opportunities.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, development frameworks, and masterplans.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to drive projects forward.

Requirements:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- MRTPI (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute) status is essential.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
