About the Role

Are you an experienced Air Quality Consultant with 15-20 years of expertise, looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organisation in London? This Principal-level position allows you to work on exciting multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's success and long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

In this Principal role, you'll operate as a bridge between Director and junior consultants, with responsibilities including:

  • Leading air quality projects across transport, odour, indoor air quality, and planning & development
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions
  • Undertaking networking, marketing, and client engagement to grow the organisation's presence across each location
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff to aid their technical and professional development
  • Contributing to strategic planning within an employee-owned consultancy structure
