£46,000.00 per annum with plenty of overtime opportunities.

You will be site based, covering the South of the river and the North Tip of Kent, working across their portfolio of commercial projects and contracts.
Your duties will include:
- AHU Installation
- Repair Mechanical Plant
- Pipe work covering galv, iron, steel, copper, plastic, composite etc., to include mapres or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of pumps, pressure and expansion vessels, DMZ valves, basic mechanical maintenance of plate exchangers, strainers, side stream filtration systems.
- Ability to fault find on building related heating, hot and cold water distribution problems.
- Works may involve emergency repairs, breaking out of walls and floors to access pipe work.
- Diagnose system faults.
- Commercial pipe fitting.
- Commercial isolation.
- Fitting/Installation of commercial pipework.
- Changing and servicing of pumps, valves etc.
You must have:
- CSCS Card
- NVQ or C&G in Plumbing (as a minimum)
- Good general knowledge of commercial heating systems.
- Experience working in a similar role.
