Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical work and mentor junior staff in flood risk management.
- Ensure quality assurance for technical deliverables.
- Develop and test project solutions for flood mitigation.
- Manage and supervise junior resources.
- Support project managers with financial and change control.
- Engage in business development activities, including tendering and client engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering flood risk projects with a focus on hydraulic modelling.
