Duties for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- Assist with the delivery of residential projects from inception to completion
- Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
- Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
- Undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- BA in Architecture
- Completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
- Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant would be advantageous
- Experience with Revit
- Experience working on residential projects from your degree or a relevant role
- Excellent detailing and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently or within a team
