The Role
As an Associate Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing planning projects from inception through to determination, while supporting the continued growth of the business. You will work closely with clients, local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders, providing strategic planning advice and leading on a varied project portfolio.
- Managing a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals
- Providing strategic planning advice to clients
- Preparing planning appraisals, statements, and supporting documents
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to company growth
- Experience within either consultancy or local authority planning
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Proven project management and client-facing experience

- A full UK driving licence
