Coverage Area: Enfield, London, Kent, Essex & South East
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team covering London, Kent, Essex, Enfield, and the wider South East region.
/n
This is an excellent opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience looking for a long-term role with strong earning potential, realistic workloads, and structured support. The role is ideally suited to someone based in Kent who is comfortable travelling across the South East.
/n
The company has an established client base across commercial, domestic, healthcare, education, and public sector environments, offering varied and technically interesting projects.

Asbestos Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
/n
* Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
/n * Surveying commercial, domestic, healthcare, and public sector properties
/n * Collecting bulk asbestos samples
/n * Producing accurate asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264
/n * Managing your own workload and diary effectively
/n * Ensuring compliance with HSE guidance and asbestos legislation
/n
Asbestos Surveyor - Requirements
/n
* BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
/n * Minimum 2 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
/n * Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
/n * Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
/n * Full UK driving licence
/n * Strong communication and organisational skills
/n
