Producing detailed mechanical designs and calculations for building services projects. Liaising with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Attending project meetings and providing technical input to ensure successful project delivery. Develop mechanical building services designs and calculations for a variety of projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions. Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to ensure designs are implemented effectively. Contribute to the delivery of sustainable and commercially viable engineering solutions. A minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical building services design. A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, and relevant industry standards.
