They are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their expanding team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
- Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
- Carry out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in accordance with HSG248
- Collect and record bulk samples accurately during site visits
- Produce clear and compliant technical reports
- Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (essential)
- Proven experience working within a UKAS accredited consultancy
- Strong knowledge of current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
