Commercial Plumber
London / Mobile | Full-Time, Permanent
£50,000-£65,000 DOE
Are you an experienced plumber looking to carry out high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial properties?
This could be the role for you.
We are working with a family-owned construction and property maintenance business, delivering planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients across Central London for over 20 years.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across all property types
- Diagnose and fix faults on domestic and commercial systems and appliances
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning
- Liaise with customers and subcontractors
- Carry out ongoing risk assessments
- Accurately record labour and materials for each job
- Take part in the call-out rota
- Act as a role model, supporting and coaching apprentices
What We're Looking For
- Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent gas and plumbing qualification
- Good understanding of commercial heating systems
- ACS gas qualification elements: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
- Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards)
- Current CSCS card
- Full, clean driving licence
