Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
- Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
- Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
