Daily Duties:

  • Leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages
  • Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
  • Coordinating with consultants, clients, and wider project teams
  • Producing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project information
  • Presenting design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally
  • Assisting in the successful delivery of projects to a high technical and design standard

Ideal Candidate:

  • Over several years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Proven track record delivering residential and healthcare projects
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and detailing
  • Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrable project experience
  • Confident communication and organisational skills
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a studio environment
  • Ambitious with a proactive attitude towards career progression
  • Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool
