Duties for the role of BIM Coordinator include:
- Deliver a range of BIM projects across all RIBA work stages
- Ensure BIM standards and workflows are maintained
- Work alongside projects teams and provide training and technical guidance
- Coordinate models across disciplines and manage information quality
Skills and experience for the role of BIM Coordinator:
- Relevant degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a BIM coordinator within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Previous experience delivering BIM training and providing training
- Previous experience managing BIM Projects
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management and duty of care
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
