This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs top 10 architectural practices who provide award winning design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team in their Newark studio.

Duties for the role of BIM Coordinator include:

  • Deliver a range of BIM projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Ensure BIM standards and workflows are maintained
  • Work alongside projects teams and provide training and technical guidance
  • Coordinate models across disciplines and manage information quality

Skills and experience for the role of BIM Coordinator:

  • Relevant degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • Strong post qualification experience as a BIM coordinator within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Previous experience delivering BIM training and providing training
  • Previous experience managing BIM Projects
  • Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management and duty of care
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
