This is an excellent opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to projects within the public and private sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architect who has experience working within the conservation sector to join their growing team in their Lichfield studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:
- Deliver heritage and adaptive reuse projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare listed building consent applications
- Survey historic fabric and produce technical design packages
- Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
- Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
Skills and experience for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience working on heritage and conservation projects is essential
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong passion for heritage buildings, conservation principles, and historic preservation
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Job running and contract administration experience is desirable
- Desire to work towards AABC or RIBA Conservation accreditation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Lichfield area
