Job Description Engineering Geologist Leeds (Hybrid) An established environmental and engineering consultancy is looking to appoint an Engineering Geologist to join their expanding Leeds-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of ground investigation and environmental projects, supporting developments from early-stage assessment through to remediation and delivery. Working within a hybrid setup, the successful candidate will be involved in both site-based and office-based activities, managing investigations, preparing technical reports, and supporting project delivery. Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are achieved. Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records. Provide practical recommendations based on geological and environmental findings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures. Previous experience within engineering geology or geoenvironmental consultancy. Knowledge of Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments and ground investigation practices. Degree qualified in Engineering Geology, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of current environmental and geotechnical regulations. Excellent communication, organisational, and report writing skills. Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving ability. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work.
