The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing project delivery, overseeing health and safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves the planning, coordination, and execution of remediation and enabling works projects, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage both direct labour and subcontractors
