They are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their expanding team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:

  • Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
  • Carry out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in accordance with HSG248
  • Collect and record bulk samples accurately during site visits
  • Produce clear and compliant technical reports
  • Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues

Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:

  • BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (essential)
  • Proven experience
