Our client is a leading distributor of acoustic control products and is urgently seeking an Acoustics Technical Support Engineer to work from their office near Bedford.
Qualifications: Degree qualified with a BSc minimum in Acoustics or a closely related field, previous working experience in a technical role in acoustics, high IT proficiency skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties
- Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team on acoustic products.
- Liaising with clients and company contacts.
- Working closely with the design team.
- Inputting into product development work.
- Conducting field work and helping set up equipment.
- Maintaining awareness of the company product range and new lines of dust and noise control.
