Duties for the role of Junior BIM Coordinator:
- Assist the team on the delivery of BIM projects across all RIBA work stage
- Help with implementing BIM standards, workflows and best practice
- Coordinate models and monitor information quality
- Support project teams using BIM software and processes
Requirements for the role of Junior BIM Coordinator:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience within a BIM related role within a practice
- Working knowledge of BIM technologies and the architectural processes
- Proficient with Revit
- Knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
