This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who offer award-winning design services to the commercial, residential, and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for a Job-running Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team in Harrogate.

Duties for the role of Job Runner:
- Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
