As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological surveys and assessments, produce high-quality technical reports, manage projects from inception to completion, provide ecological advice to clients, support Biodiversity Net Gain delivery and mentor junior ecologists. The successful Senior Ecologist will be based near Ipswich, working on a diverse range of exciting projects throughout the region.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Ecologist or in a similar consultancy role
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of UK protected species, habitats and planning legislation
- Excellent report writing and project management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or within a commutable distance of the Ipswich office
- CIEEM membership or protected species licences are advantageous
