Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:

  • Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
  • Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
  • Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
  • Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (P403 and P404).
  • Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
  • Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in IT and numerical skills.
