A growing asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Hampshire and the wider London region. This is a genuine mixed role offering a balanced split between surveying and analytical duties across commercial and mixed-use environments. The Role
- Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Undertaking air monitoring (background, reassurance, personal testing)
- Completing four-stage clearances
- Recording site data using mobile software systems
- Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports
- Acting as a professional technical contact for clients
- Maintaining full compliance with UK asbestos legislation and internal quality standards
Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst position
- Strong understanding of UK asbestos legislation and guidance
- Professional, flexible approach to site work
- Full UK driving licence
