Our client, an established Planning and Design Consultancy, are urgently looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their team in Southampton. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of schemes including residential, mixed use, rural and commercial.
Applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, and who will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Within the role, the successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
