Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Guiseley

Salary: Β£32,000 – Β£40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the residential, commercial, and conservation sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Guiseley.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion
  • Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
  • Work alongside engineers and planning consultants to ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations
  • Produce building regulation drawing specifications and planning applications

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
  • Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
  • Strong technical and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Guiseley area
