We are partnering with a fast-growing, independent planning and development consultancy with offices in Essex to recruit a Graduate Planner to join their collaborative and entrepreneurial team. With a growing portfolio of clients ranging from landowners and developers to local authorities, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of planning applications and strategic land projects across the South East.
The Role:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Engaging in local plan representations
- Undertaking site appraisals and research
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
- Working across a variety of residential, commercial and rural development projects
