My client, a large, innovative, highly-respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their growing team of engineering and design experts, in the exciting city and Unofficial Capital of Yorkshire, Leeds.
Essential Criteria:
- An MSc or M.Eng. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent relevant qualification)
- Excellent IT skills, with an ability to produce accurate technical notes and reports to the highest of professional standards
- A good working knowledge of industry standards, including the relevant Section Agreements, etc.
It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer to have the following:

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactively able to formulate creative solutions to a range of challenges
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be joining a growing team of dedicated engineering specialists, working on a number of varied, high-profile projects across the region. As you progress through your career, you will take on a range of different responsibilities, including the following:
- Prepare design drawings and specifications for a range of projects, throughout all stages of the process, for technical approvals and construction
- Attend site inspections to witness works undertaken
- Produce infrastructure design on a range of software packages, including AutoCAD, Civils 3D, InfoDrainage, etc.
- Liaise with a range of clients and other stakeholders across the public and private sectors
- Assist with the coordination of technicians
