Qualifications:
- BEng / BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant building services / environmental / architectural discipline.
- Membership to an appropriate professional body, such as CIBSE, will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of BREEAM assessments.
- Some experience working within the construction sector.
Duties:
- Assisting with the delivery of BREEAM assessments.
- Keeping an up to date knowledge of all relevant UK and International legislation.
- Completing energy modelling.
- Assisting in developing energy strategies.
- Liaising with design teams.
- Reporting to senior management.
